Oliver Queen, no longer a millionaire, no longer a young man, moves from Star City to Seattle, Washington and sets up his own business, Sherwood Florist. With his longtime girlfriend, Dinah Lance, the Black Canary, he tries to establish himself as a leader of justice and decency in the rainy city.
